Inspect hardware for defects or transit damage. Claims must be filed within 7 days of delivery for commercial site arrivals.

Ship items in original technical packaging. Ensure components are secured to prevent finish abrasion during return transit.

Contact Trade Support to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unidentified returns will not be processed into the warehouse.

Finalization
Technical inspection performed upon receipt. Approved credits or refunds are issued within 14 business days via the account payment method.
